DIVISION OF MALE REPRODUCTIVE MEDICINE AND SURGERY
I've been recently diagnosed with Klinefelter's Syndrome. My wife and I want to have a baby. I read that TESE-ICSI could help me achieve this goal. Is that true? Also can you give me a diagnosis code so I can have my insurance run it? Thank you.

Indeed, we often use testicular sperm with ICSI for patients like you. We prefer microTESE, as this gives the best chance of finding sperm (around 55-60%).

Diagnosis codes: 758.7, 606.0
CPT codes: 55899-50, 69990

Hope that helps,
PR
